Missed the first two games of the 2020 season but returned to play in the final six contests. Finished the season with nine tackles, two tackles-for-loss and half a sack. Had his best statistical outing vs. Northwestern in the Big Ten Championship Game, totaling three tackles, one TFL and half a sack. A fourth-year junior, he enters the 2021 season as a veteran of 15 games with 12 tackles, three TFL’s and 1.5 sacks. Did not see any game action in 2019 due to injury and red-shirted. Earned playing time along a deep and talented defensive line as a true freshman in 2018, appearing in 10 games while totaling three tackles. Had a sack in the Big Ten championship gave vs. Northwestern. Has earned Ohio State Scholar-Athlete honors and is majoring in sport industry.

Nationally rated among all players at No. 19 on the ESPN 300 and No. 20 on the 247Sports composite. Honored as the prestigious Maxwell Club’s first-ever national high school defensive player of the year. Totaled 60 tackles with 10 tackles-for-loss and three sacks during his senior season for head coach Kevin Wright. Had 172 tackles for his career at IMG Academy. Started his prep career in Baltimore, MD., at the Gilman School.
