  • Just three games during the 2020-21 season.

  • Started his second game of the year at Duke, scoring five points and grabbing five rebounds in 19 minutes of action before leaving the game with a foot injury.

  • Made his season debut at North Carolina on Feb 20, contributing four points, three rebounds and an assist. He missed UofL’s first 15 games after having surgery Nov. 11 to repair a broken bone in his right foot.

  • Started his first game of the year against Notre Dame, contributing six points, two assists and 10 rebounds, marking his 10th career double-digit rebounding effort.

  • Elected as team co-captain with Carlik Jones by a vote of their teammates. Williams also served as a captain last season and is the 18th multi-year captain in UofL history.

  • Scored a season-high 17 points while playing a season-most 31 minutes against North Carolina on Feb 22.

  • Also pulled down nine rebounds and finished 8-of-11 from the field.

  • Delivered 12 points, seven rebounds and strong defense in the Cardinals’ win at Duke on Jan. 18, including scoring a pair of free throws and a dunk noted as the No. 2 on the ESPN Top plays of the day, to help seal the UofL victory.

  • Suffered a left ankle injury in the first few minutes at Florida State on Feb. 24 and missed UofL’s March 1 game against Virginia Tech. He played seven minutes in the Cardinals March 7 game at Virginia.

  • Scored 14 points and matched a career-high 13 rebounds against Syracuse on Feb. 19 for his second double-double of the season and fifth of his career.

  • Matched career-high 13 rebounds at Boston College on Jan. 29, accomplished four other times.

  • Suffered a knee injury in the first half against Clemson on Jan. 25 after missing two days of practice, and contributed five points and six rebounds in 13 minutes of action.

  • Scored 13 points against Georgia Tech on Jan. 22, while matching a career-high seven made free throws. It was the first time in his career leading the Cards in scoring.

  • Pulled down nine rebounds in his third game back against Western Kentucky, adding eight points and a steal.

SOPHOMORE YEAR

  • Started the last 20 games of the season. He averaged 9.8 points and 8.4 rebounds in his last five games.

  • Produced his fourth double double with a career-high matching 13 rebounds and 10 points vs. North Carolina in the ACC Tournament.

  • Ranked third on the team in rebounding and 19th in the ACC with 6.1 boards per game. He averaged 7.9 rebounds over the last 11 games.

  • Blocked a shot in 26 of 34 games as a sophomore, including a career-high four blocks against Seton Hall. Had 41 blocked shots on the season (1.2 average, 11th in the ACC), 28 more than he swatted his freshman season.

  • Tied a career-high with 13 rebounds against Notre Dame on March 3 while also scoring 16 pints for his third double-double of the season.

  • Scored in double figures in six of the last 17 games.

  • Scored a career-high 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds against Miami for his second double-double of the season.

  • Recorded his first career double-double with a career high 13 rebounds and 10 points against Lipscomb.

FRESHMAN YEAR

  • Started 12 games as a freshman, including the first 11 ACC games of the season. He averaged 5.3 points and 2.9 rebounds in his 12 starting assignments.

  • Scored a career-high 14 points against Pittsburgh, while knocking down a career-high in three-pointers, making 4-of-5 shots from behind the arc.

  • Scored 10 points against Boston College, knocking down his two shots from behind the arc while pulling down five rebounds.

  • Started vs. Omaha and produced eight points, four rebounds and three blocked shots. Earned his second career start against Pittsburgh and finished with eight points and five rebounds, starting a streak of 11 straight starting roles.

  • Pulled down a career-high six rebounds against Bryant.

  • Power forward/center with good shooting range.

  • Career rebounding and blocked shots leader for Snider.

  • A first-team ICBA Supreme 15 all state choice, All-Summit Athletic Conference selection as a junior and senior and was one of four finalists for Indiana’s Mr. Basketball.

  • Was ranked No. 21 nationally by Scout.Com, No. 25 by 247Sports.com, No. 27 by Rivals.com and No. 27 in the ESPN 100.

  • Averaged 21.2 points, 13.1 rebounds, 2.9 blocked shots and connected on 36 percent of his three-point attempts as a junior in helping his Snider High School team produce a 14-9 record.

  • As an all-area team pick, he helped Snider High School to an 18-5 record his sophomore year while averaging 13.8 points, 10.5 rebounds and 4.5 blocked shots. Snider finished with a 14-8 mark in Williams’ freshman season.

  • MVP of the Indiana-Ohio Border Wars all-star game when he totaled 22 points, nine rebounds, three blocks and two assists.

  • Scored 15 points and grabbed six rebounds, connecting on 5-of-7 three-point goals, as his Indiana Junior All-Stars team beat the seniors in a game in the summer of 2016.

  • In the semi-finals of the 2016 AAU Super Showcase, Williams totaled 31 points, 15 rebounds and nine blocked shots for his Legit team, and followed with 24 points and 12 rebounds in the championship. He participated in the 2016 National Basketballs Players Association Top 100 High School Basketball Camp.
